**Ingredients**

Protein:
Beef schnitzel (200g or 2 slices)
Marinades:
Soya Sauce (1 tablespoon)
Garlic powder (1/2 teaspoon)
Black pepper (as preferred)

Salad mix:
Garlic (finely chopped – 1 teaspoon)
Shallots (2)
Coriander (use the root – chopped)
Mint leafs (a whole bunch)
Fresh chillies (as preferred)
Rice powder (1 tablespoon)
Chilli powder (as preferred)
Fermented fish sauce (2 tablespoons)
Normal fish sauce (1 tablespoon)
Lemon (1)
