**Ingredients**

Green papaya (shredded)
Prawns (100g)
Fermented fish sauce (4 tablespoons)
Brown sugar (1 tablespoon or as preferred)
Lemon (1)
Garlic (1)
Fresh chillies or dried chillies (as preferred)
Shrimp paste (1 teaspoon)
Crab paste (optional – 1/2 teaspoon)

To garnish: Dried shrimp (1 teaspoon or as preferred)
