An art exhibition featuring the works of Melbourne-based visual artist Phuong Ngo has opened to the public at The Substation in Newport.

The collection of war photography shown through a series of intimate moments and large scale installations is part of Phuong’s ongoing artwork called The Vietnam Archive Project.
