KOOKING WITH KHA: PORK DUMPLINGS WITH CHILLI AND VINEGAR SAUCE

Former Masterchef Australia contestant Kha Nguyen hosts his own cooking show – sharing his favourite recipes and spin on Asian classics.

Ingredients:

• Pork mince
• Wonton skin
• 1 Star anise
• 1/4 Coriander seeds
• 1/2 Stick cinnamon
• 2 Cloves
• 200ml Water
• 3 tbsps Chinese Black Vinegar
• 1 tbsp Soy sauce
• 1 tbsp Sugar
• 1/2 cup Chilli flake sauce
