The first of five Vietnamese Lunar New Year festivals in Victoria, Australia, kicked off on Sunday (8/1) at St. Albans, a suburb northwest of Melbourne which is home to a large Vietnamese community. Upcoming festivals will be held in Footscray, Richmond/Springvale and the Melbourne Show Grounds
