A 35-year-old man from Kingsbury in Melbourne’s northeast has been charged with the murder of a Deer Park man whose body was discovered a week after his death.

Adelardo Ramos appeared at the Melbourne Magistrate’s court earlier this week over the deadly shooting of The Phong Vuong who ran a sewing business from his home in the western suburbs.

Ramos was remanded in custody and is due to appear in court again on November 21.

Police told ABC News that another man from Coburg in Melbourne’s north was also arrested this week.

He is assisting police with their inquiries.
