Two Vietnamese victims of human trafficking in the United Kingdom have gone missing without a trace.

Tang Chien Dang and Thang Vu Tan, believed to be around the age of 15, have been missing for a month after being placed into care by social services.

According to court proceedings, they were identified as gardeners in an illegal cannabis operation in the South West of England, and were kept in appalling conditions.

They were found to be victims of human trafficking and had not charged with criminal proceedings.

Local police are appealing to Vietnamese communities to come forward and identify the whereabouts of the two boys to protect them from re-exploitation.
