Four killed in S.Korea’s subway construction site collapse

SEOUL – At least four workers have been killed and eight injured in a collapse at a subway construction site near the South Korean capital of Seoul.
According to Yonhap news agency, 17 workers were at the site in the city of Namyangju, Gyeonggi Province, when the accident occurred around 7.20am Seoul time.
The cause of the collapse has not yet been determined.
A rescue operation is underway.
The subway line extension was planned to start operation in 2020.
