ANNA’S TASTEBUD – Shrimp Paste Pork

**Ingredients**

Protein:
Mince pork (200g)

To stir fry:
Lemongrass (quarter – sliced)
Kaffir lime leafs (as preferred)
Garlic (finely chopped – 1 teaspoon)
Fresh chillies (chopped – amount as preferred)
Dark soya sauce/sweet soya sauce (2 tablespoons)
Shrimp paste (1/2 tablespoon)
Fish sauce (1/2 tablespoon)
